About me
Having over 20 years of knowledge, interest and personal practice of hypnotherapy, a few years ago I decided to share my knowledge and passion for hypnotherapy and its many wonderful and therapeutic uses with the people of London through my own private practice.
Why hynotherapy?
Using hypnotherapy as a tool alongside therapy brings about tremendous positive change, especially when practised, as recommended, in between sessions. Hypnosis adjunct to therapy therefore has 3 other added benefits.
- Longer lasting results.
- Faster time frame because hypnosis works using your unconscious mind you can resolve issues faster.
- Less sessions means less financial outlay than conventional therapy would cost.
The help I offer
Whether you seek help to resolve a long standing problem, or address the onset of a recent one, hypnotherapy can help.
The application of hypnotherapy by a registered therapist can be very beneficial in bringing about positive outcomes for many problems.
I believe that you, the client, ultimately has all the answers to heal yourself.
I am simply a guide who is accompanying you on your healing journey of therapy, helping you to facilitate your desired change.
My approach is to focus on you, we are all different. Therefore I tailor the therapy to suit you as the individual person you are, allowing you the opportunity to achieve your own desired outcome.
How long will therapy take?
Unfortunately, this question is impossible to answer as everyone is individual and has different needs. However we can fully discuss your needs and hopes from therapy and ascertain a timeframe from there.
As a choice of therapy hypnotherapy is the most cost and time efficient. Hypnotherapy does not require you to commit or pay for a long course of treatment.
Most issues are dealt with in around 10 sessions, ( maximum 15) allowing you to return to your normal schedule and enjoy living again without having your time or money taken up by endless therapy sessions.
Post therapy you will also have the added bonus of the new skill of self hypnosis which I will have taught you to use independently as and when you need or want to. You will then be able to use the wonderful self improvement/ relaxation skill of self hypnosis in your life for a variety of other physical and mental beneficial results.
Hypnotherapy is unique in being able to offer the long-term beneficial results that normal therapy can not. This is because it is using the untapped power of your subconscious to achieve and cement positive change into your life.
As my client you will receive my undivided attention and therapeutic capabilities in order to help you resolve your problem so that you can continue to live your life free of this issue.
Who I work with
I only work with adults. Due to the personal and often very private nature of the therapy I offer, I do not offer group sessions.
Location
My therapy practice room in Central London. This is conveniently located within a five minute easy walk from either; Liverpool Street Station, Old Street Station or Shoreditch High Street Station.
My practice room is comfortably furnished and well suited for a relaxing hypnotherapy session.
There is a clean cloakroom and w.c for client’s use. Fresh filtered water, tea and coffee are provided.

Some people experience a feeling of “stuckness” in life can result from unresolved issues. Using a hypno psycho-therapeutic approach, tailored individually for you, it is possible to free yourself from this “stuckness.”
Entering therapy, is in my opinion never a sign of failure or an admission of weakness. Quite the opposite, it takes genuine courage to pick up the phone and arrange therapy. A courage I acknowledge and will always respect in you as a person.
Irrespective of your struggles I will always hold your safety, needs and confidence as paramount. I want you to know that you will always be heard, valued and safe whilst in therapy with me.
Alongside my comprehensive training in hypnotherapy/ psychotherapy I use core counselling skills and a tailored approach for every client.
Classed as an Integrative therapist I am trained to draw appropriately from the core philosophies and techniques listed below:

First session: £70 – 1.5 hours
Includes a free 30 minute consultation
Further sessions: £70 – 1 hour
Stop smoking: £160 – One session, 2 hours
Includes consultation, therapy and if required, a free follow up within 3 months
